Excellent experience. Great service, awesome food, nice and relaxing atmosphere (especially in September). Very well organised (beach and sunbeds, bicycles, etc.) Dolce Vita ☺️

We stayed on the House Boat which is manage by Hotel Presidente. One of the most incredible experience...Wow! Wow! Wow! When checking out from our stay we were assisted by Kristian, she spoke English, German, Italian + learning the language of her boyfriend (which I believe she said was Croatian). Her customer service was so impressive, such an extraordinary ambassador for this hotel.

Clean, modern, spacious rooms and a great pool. Fine sandwiches at the pool bar. The beach is very close, but unfortunately, an umbrella costs 25 euros per day. The towels are changed even if you don't want it, it's a waste of water. Parking is difficult, and the breakfast could be more varied.

Not very child friendly (thin walls of the rooms can make the experience very noisy). Also, not the best breakfast experience.

We got a room on the 1st floor overlooking the staff exit and the ventilation pipes that make constant noise. On top of that there was construction and drilling going on. When we requested to change the room, the manager (with the bright makeup) at the reception informed us that we "got the room that we booked and that the hotel is overbooked anyways". The rest of the staff were super nice, the communication skills of the reception manager are quite disappointing though. Eventually we waited for a few days and asked to change the room again and they charged us 25 euros for that.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The balcony was nice and spacious. We traveled with our small dog and it was not a problem. Breakfast was standard. It was a short drive to the main road with restaurants and shops. Nothing stood out. The pool was closed but that is understandable with Covid.

Breakfast was quite good. Fruits, cheese, a wide variety of eggs (looked to be done fresh!). Was staying in an apartment house - the house was freshly renovated. It had three bed rooms but only one bathroom. The shower was also a bit ... odd. Flooded the bath twice because of it... The kitchen had the necessity things but for in theory six people it was all a bit small - for four people however fitting (well besides only having one bath room).
